Job Details
This multidisciplinary team deals with high value, complex deputyship cases involving clients with a wide variety of ongoing needs, including those who have suffered as a result of medical negligence or accidents. They deal with Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, statutory wills, emergency applications and decisions relating to the Mental Capacity Act.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with particular expertise dealing with issues relating to clients’ property and financial affairs. This experience could be in a pure Court of Protection role or as part of a wider caseload.
