Family Solicitor
Traditional practice with excellent local reputation seeks experienced Family Solicitor.
The successful applicant will join the firm in a senior capacity and take on an established caseload and client base. They will handle a broad range of family matters with the support of an experienced and highly capable legal secretary. Typical matters will include; Divorce, Financial Relief, Private Children Act, Separation Deeds and Cohabitation Agreements.
The firm has cultivated a friendly and supportive culture which has resulted in excellent rates of staff retention. The firm has strong links with the local community and as a result receives a steady stream of instruction.
The position would be ideally suited to a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive who is comfortable progressing their caseload autonomously and with excellent client facing skills. Lawyers of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000. Candidates are invited to discuss their requirements upon application. The position would allow for one day a week working from home.
