Are you interested in working a fast-growing financial services organisation? Well, look no further! This London-based business is looking for two qualified lawyers to join its team as Legal Counsel. These roles offer the opportunity to progress your career, where you will be providing advice on corporate structuring and contract negotiations in a variety of areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing on commercial contracts
  • Managing a broad range of legal matters such as corporate, commercial, regulatory, financial services, and litigation
  • Managing internal processes and ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and good governance throughout contract lifestyle
  • Effectively retaining and managing outside legal counsel when appropriate
  • Providing legal support to new business initiatives
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Legal Qualification – Qualified UK solicitor with 0-4 years PQE experience (qualified lawyers from other common law jurisdictions with eligibility to sit QLT will be considered)
  • Experience with negotiating corporate/commercial agreements
  • Understanding of financial and professional services
