This firm is consistently growing in size and building on its reputation for excellent client service. As a leading name within the market with notable mentions in the Legal 500 for their commercial property offering, the firm acts for a wide variety of well knows businesses and are always winning new work. Due to an increase in demand for expertise, the firm are actively looking for a junior solicitor to join the team to be based out of either its Leeds or Sheffield office.

Your new role

This is a traditional commercial real estate role. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and assist those more experienced within the team on a wide range of matters. The supervising partner has a wide range of commercial property experience with a particular focus on developmental projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have successfully completed a training contact / alternative qualifying route and will have previous experience working within and dealing with commercial real estate matters. Excellent academics are essential, including a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level along with strong A levels. In addition, the successful candidate will be someone who is well organised, enthusiastic and capable of working both on their own initiative and collaboratively as part of a wider team.

What you'll get in return

The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Subject to client service and suitability within the team, this firm is open to its employees working as many days at home as they see fit. There is also the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus which is dependent on the success of the firm and your own personal performance / approval rating. Equally as important is the fact that you will be part of a team that encourages wellness and supports the development and progression of its members.
