A private client lawyer is required by an existing private client department in Kent commutable from Bromley, Dartford and Bexleyheath.
 
The Firm
A legal 500 firm offering legal services to clients in Kent and London. They have very long established roots and have developed excellent client relationships with SME's, regional and national clients whilst delivering a first class client service.
 
The Role
The private client team requires a solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' PQE to work on all aspects of private client matters.
The successful private client lawyer will manage a full case load involving wills, probate, powers attorney, IHT, trusts and estate administration.Full support will be provided by the firm to help market your expertise. STEP membership would be an advantage but not essential.

The Candidate
 
They require a private client lawyer who is technically skilled and proactive to deal with all areas of Wills, Trust and Probate work, particularly Probate, Powers of Attorney/Deputyships and advising on the Administration of Trusts.
