Job Details
Our client a boutique specialist, high end, independent law firm specialising within the Healthcare sector acting for various medical professionals. This is an open opportunity for Paralegals, Chartered Legal Executives and non-qualified fee earners at all levels, with Employment Fee Earning experience seeking a new Employment Fee Earner position just north of Leeds city centre. With brand new offices just north of Leeds it would be preferable if you drive.

Role
-Our client needs someone to hit the ground running on their varied Employment caseload. There is a real mix of work that you would be exposed to including contentious and non-contentious work.
-Our client now has over 125 high end healthcare clients signed up to their annual subscription service and so there is a very strong stream of work coming through on a regular basis. On top of this there is also general respondent work and some contentious work to be exposed to.
-Uniquely this is not a pressurised environment. There is no time recordings or set targets. This really is a high end unique model and a strong opportunity within a successful employment department.

-This is a developing and growing law firm that has around 25 employees.
-Personal training sessions and various added benefits that show a real emphasis on caring for their employees such as nutritionist for the office and a massage therapist that regularly visit the office.
-Nominated for various awards at the Law Society Awards 2021.
