Pensions Solicitor, NQ to 2 Years' PQE - Birmingham

Our client ios a leading UK firm based in Birmingham who are seeking a junior Pensions Solicitor with 0-2 years' post-qualification experience to join their busy and expanding team.

The team support clients in finding legal solutions to their pensions issues and effectively manage their schemes using clear, straightforward advice and offering specialist expertise. They advise corporates and trustees of work-place pension schemes on all aspects of Pensions law including pension plan restructuring, pension plan funding, pension plan amendments, GMP reconciliation exercises, member queries, closure exercises, liability management exercises, scheme mergers and demergers, corporate support, as well as resolving historic equalisation issues through litigation.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience in Pensions law gained in your training contract or as up to two years' post-qualification experience. You will assist on a range of matters from the day-to-day advisory work to one-off projects, so it is important that you have solid drafting, problem solving, communication, organisational and time management skills.
