Senior Real Estate Solicitor
A Birmingham law firm has an opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to work as part of their nationwide team handling a very interesting case load containing very good quality work.

The Role
The Real Estate Solicitor will work on high quality commercial property matters for clients such as the NHS, private healthcare companies and trusts. The work will involve negotiating, reviewing and drafting leases, development agreements and sales and purchases.
The Candidate
A Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum 6 years' PQE. Commercial aware, well organised and able to participate in business development.
Salary £55,000 to £70,000
