• The Restructuring Solicitor will be working on a varied caseload for clients from a range of industry sectors including retail, education, automotive and healthcare
• You will be handling both non-contentious restructuring matters as well as some insolvency litigation, working closely with the partners on complex cases. You will also be expected to play and active role in the restructuring department's business development
• We are looking for ambitious Restructuring Solicitors with experience handling corporate restructuring gained at a leading national or regional law
• Recently qualified Solicitors with relevant training contract experience are encouraged to apply
• You will be able to work with minimal supervision and, ideally, have had some success in leading on smaller matters. Communication and relationship building skills will be second to none
