Job Details
You will ideally be an established solicitor with 3-5 years PQE and experience that should cover mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate transactional work, directors’ and shareholders’ rights, corporate finance and joint venture work. The firm has a broad base of clients ranging from SMEs to larger PLCs and across the tech, finance and retail sectors. You can expect a generous salary, excellent prospects and career progression.
