Are you a Private Equity lawyer tired of working endless hours on auction processes only to find out your client has not been selected? Do you enjoy investor-led work but would like to do something different working for impact investors?
We are working closely with a leading UK law firm looking to hire a couple of Private Equity lawyers for its highly regarded Private Equity practice based in London. On the seller side, the team advises founders/entrepreneurs and their management teams on high profile Private Equity transactions from conception through to closing. However, if you're looking to retain investor-led work, the team has a unique offering, often involving emerging markets and activist/litigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have significant Private Equity experience gained at a highly regarded corporate practice in the UK or overseas. Our client will also consider NQs/junior lawyers coming from a M&A background who have a keen interest in and want to focus on Private Equity work. A strong academic background and stable career record are required for this role.
