CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (M&A, PE, ECM) - TOP 20 LAW FIRM

We have been instructed by an award winning, global, top 20 law firm to help recruit for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's busy London office.

Corporate transactions is the key practice area for their London office and they are now seeking to make an additional hire to build out the team further. 

Ideal candidates be at least 1 year's PQE and ideally will have a mixture of M&A, private equity and equity capital markets experience, but they will consider anyone who has strong training and good deal exposure, who is seeking to expand their experience in those areas.

You will be moving from a leading firm for Corporate and have a strong academic record. The firm has long embedded roots in the London market and undertakes international corporate transactions in the finance/banking, energy, funds, retail and business sectors.
