Clinical negligence solicitor sought for well established specialist team in leading legal500 practice

This clinical negligence department based in the London office, focuses on supporting individuals who suffered as the result of negligence of healthcare professionals. They are now looking for an additional junior solicitor to join one of their specialist teams. The role will involve supporting senior fee earners while developing and running your own case load


Role
You will be managing your own caseload of multi-track clinical negligence claims of varying values, while assisting on more complex and higher value claims. They are looking at candidates who are soon to qualify up to 2 years PQE with experience of working in clinical negligence.


Key skills
In order to be considered, you will have to have :
* completed a seat in clinical negligence during your training contract, or
* have substantial prior experience of working in clinical negligence
* Have assisted on higher value claims while running your own caseload
* ideally have been involved with business development
