Trust & Estate Practitioners
Gilbert Stephens is looking to add specialist Private Client practitioners to its existing team of 19 specialist practitioners - working across our 6 locations - which includes members of STEP, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Agricultural Law Association.
Each post will require a qualified practitioner with genuine specialist knowledge and experience across the normal range undertaken by Trust and Estate Practitioners (including Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Advice, Elderly Client Services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work).
We have opportunities for both:
- Junior practitioners with genuine Private Client experience to whom we can offer mentoring and the opportunity to progress their career and obtain additional professional qualifications; and
- Senior practitioners with a solid Private Client Backgrounds looking to take their career to the next level in a role that offers genuine opportunities to head a team and/or partnership.
We would prefer members of STEP for the senior roles and will offer support and mentoring to more junior staff in obtaining STEP membership and/or other specialist qualifications and memberships.
We are looking for candidates with a forward looking and positive approach who wish to be part of a dynamic team of committed lawyers and to help us develop our Private Client services.
Both full-time and part time positions are available for the right candidates.
