Services advertised by CML Recruitment (Coulton Moore Ltd t/as) are those of an Employment Agency as defined under The UK Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

Your needs are the driving force that underpins our approach to legal recruitment. Unlike some agencies, CML Recruitment is owner managed and fiercely independent. You have your requirements, and that means flexibility, not a one size fits all approach. With CML, you have a single point of contact and long-term relationship built on an understanding of you, not an approach set in a company manual.

We offer a more personal approach, and we are determined to give candidates and clients the best we possibly can, so we are available until 7pm (or later) weekdays, and also available weekends giving you the flexibility of being able to speak with me outside your working hours.

Future planning is also very much a part of our methodology, and we will often promote outstanding candidates to clients where no current vacancy is advertised. As a result of this, future-planning clients may already have an ideal candidate in mind when that important vacancy arises, saving precious time and resources.

Please send your CV (in strictest confidence).
Regardless of whether you can see a suitable opportunity shown within our current vacancies, we strongly recommend you still send your CV, as their will be other vacancies not advertised, which may meet your requirements. As part of the service we will study your CV and where appropriate, approach other employers who may have vacancies that match your requirements.

Candidates NEVER pay any fees for this service.

All conversations and communications are in the strictest confidence. Unlike other agencies, no applications are submitted to potential employers without the permission of the candidate.
