JOB TITLE: Senior Property Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Liverpool
SALARY: £37,000+ DOE
THE ROLE:
The leading Merseyside based firm are looking for a Senior Property Lawyer (Legal Executive or Solicitor) to head up their successful team. The role will see the Senior Property Lawyer dealing with client queries over the telephone and face to face, undertaking file management and fee earning conveyancing from quotation to registration. As well as handling a mixture of pure residential property files. There is good quality work on offer with around 40 case files. You will be required to be proactive with marketing and business development as well as possessing good management and leadership skills.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within a busy property team. You must be confident to deal with a full caseload from opening to completion. Ideally you will have a background of working within a Senior role, or maybe you are looking for the next step up in your career- this firm will support in this! The ideal conveyancer must be able to work to tight deadlines and have good interpersonal skills whilst motivating and encouraging others within the department.
