Job Details
We are working with a global consultancy based in London who are looking to recruit a law graduate or a candidate with a training contract lined up for 2022/2023 or a junior lawyer that have just qualified. The contract is for 3 months with potential extension.
Successful candidates will be part of a project which will involve the digitisation of contracts (derivatives and syndicate loans). Full training will be provided in the London office, so experience in handling derivative and syndicate loan contracts is not essential.
Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Recently graduated from a top tier university with a 2:1 or a 1st class degree in Law and have excellent academics.
- A strong technical knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
