£40K - £60K
Douglas Scott is currently working closely with a highly-regarded Legal 500 firm based in Bishop's Stortford, on the hunt for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial Property team who are friendly, energetic, and dynamic and committed to achieving excellence. Our growing reputation means we act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and section 106 obligations.
At our Bishop’s Stortford role, you will have a minimum of 6 year’s pqe with extensive real estate development experience along with a willingness to be involved in the support and development of junior staff.
You must be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems. You must also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing.
