Job Details
A Central London firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the property litigation department at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station. Ideally they are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in property litigation work. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in:
Dealing with all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, including residential possession claims;
Acting for both landlords and tenants on Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims;
Conducting business lease renewals pursuant to the provisions of the LTA 1954;
Bringing and defending commercial forfeiture claims;
Dealing with Wayleave agreements;
Providing general, commercial advice to clients on various issues pertaining to commercial and residential property;
Bringing and defending claims relating to dilapidations in commercial leases
There will be scope for a good amount of remote working if preferred but some in-office attendance will be required. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
