Commercial Property Solicitor – Cardiff
A dynamic, national commercial law firm are looking Real Estate Solicitor, to join their growing Real Estate team, who pride themselves on their long-lasting relationships. Notably, you would be working within one of the firms most successful teams, alongside key players in the property industry. You’ll be joining a national law firm that enjoys a strong reputation, made possible by our exceptional people – each chosen for their industry knowledge and passion for their field
This is a full-time permanent role that is based in Cardiff (and the firm is offering a hybrid approach to remote working (as flexible as you would like)).
This is what you’ll be doing
Working closely with Partners, in the Commercial Property team you will be acting for banks, other funders and social housing providers in England and Wales on secured lending, property re-financing and other property and development matters. The team is instructed on many large-scale refinancing/disposals and you will be working as part of a project team on these matters. You will also be required to assist with general commercial property transactions – including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals on behalf of a variety of clients.
Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail, analysing and managing large amounts of information effectively and assisting with project management and supervision.
This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
You are a qualified solicitor, with around 0-5 years post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.
We expect you to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others. You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development within this team
