Solicitor - Corporate

They are looking for a talented Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE to join their team operating out of London.

The Role

Opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE to progress within a corporate team in London operating at the forefront of the new technologies sector.

You will work across a broad range of commercial areas and demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.

The work:

The role will involve working on all aspects of company law:

• private company mergers and acquisitions
• private equity transactions and MBOs and MBI
• joint ventures and investor/shareholders' agreements
• articles of association and other constitutional documents
• demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.

On top of this, there will be the opportunity to get involved with AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work. As well as commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses.

Requirements:

• Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE
• This role would require someone with a degree of ECM experience.
• Excellent technical contracts knowledge with interest in the technology sector
• Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
