The Opportunity
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated and talented lawyer to join their diverse and friendly team as part of their National Fast Track Centre and are looking for someone who has prior experience handling a Personal Injury caseload. If you thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment and are seeking a new challenge with a leading law firm, this position is not to be missed.
Responsibilities
You will progress a range of Personal Injury Fast Track Portal claims, including Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability and Public Liability through to final settlement.
Day to day you will be:
- Evaluating and making decisions on cases.
- Considering medical evidence.
- Assessing quantum and advising the client and negotiating settlements.
- Ensuring the swift settlement of cases in the Ministry of Justice portal or litigating cases to Stage 3.
In addition to regular support and supervision, you will be given the tools needed to thrive in the role and refine your professional toolkit.
