OVERVIEW:
• This new opportunity will suit Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters in a thriving and growing team.
• You will have the ability to work under pressure and have strong business development skills.
• You will have proven technical expertise in landlord and tenant matters, development and investment matters, as well as general commercial property.
• With a strong presence within the property sector, this opportunity offers the successful Commercial Property Solicitor a superb platform to really develop their career with a challenging and varied caseload.
• The role will require you to have outstanding written and IT skills.
• You will be Confident, approachable and motivated and you will be highly organised and proactive with great attention to detail
• You will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting a culture of ownership and teamwork, have a proven track record of achieving commercial targets and articulate with excellent communication skills.
