OVERVIEW:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to provide ongoing support to a highly regarded law firm. The appointed Personal Injury Fee Earner will be required to run a full caseload of mainly fast-track matters from initial instruction until settlement. A typical day will include obtaining relevant documents, submitting/negotiating interim and final settlement packs, preparing witness statements, gathering evidence and passing cases to the stage 3 process swiftly and promptly. The successful Fee Earner must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and will be keen to develop their career within the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 2 + years PQE in PI work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will have had previous exposure of Pre-Action Protocols for Low Value Personal Injury claims in the Portal environment. Applicants must be confident self-starters and have a flexible approach to working.
