Known for their pragmatic approach and ability to offer alternative real estate dispute resolution methods, they are looking for a Property Dispute Solicitor/ Associate to join their close knit team in Bristol.
Your new role
You will join this growing, collaborative, and friendly team, taking responsibility for your own caseload of high value and complex Property Litigation matters for an enviable client base. You will advise on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, and real property rights disputes, as well as a range of other client issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have built up significant experience in handling real estate disputes with a leading practice, be a strong team player, and be adaptable to deal with complex work and find practical solutions. Building strong relationships with clients will be critical as will an interest in raising the team's profile in the market.
