Your new firm
A unique opportunity has arisen to join our premier international client within their market-leading Incentives team in Bristol.


Your new role
You will be advising on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design, implementation and communication of senior executive and employee incentive plans. You will be exposed to the establishment and operation of employee benefit trusts, executive tax, as well as corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified lawyer having trained with a highly respected City law firm, or large regional practice or accountancy firm. Ideally you will have specialised in this type of work or had some exposure in a corporate, tax or an employment role.

Any experience of handling HM Revenue & Customs approved schemes and unapproved arrangements, such as growth/freezer shares would be highly desirable.
