This is an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a specialist team at one of Greater Manchester’s most reputable firms.

 Court of Protection Paralegal - Greater Manchester  The company & role 

A down-to-earth, multi-service firm with a deep-rooted history of serving clients within the local community 

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll handle your own caseload of Grade D work and provide legal and administrative assistance to solicitors within the department 

You’ll deal directly with clients, their families and carers along with other third parties such as medical experts and case managers 

Commutable from Manchester, Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside, Oldham, Rochdale, High Peak

The ideal candidate 

A Paralegal with experience in Court of Protection/private client work (although paralegals who have worked in other practice areas will be considered) 

Will have an empathetic, personable, calm and caring nature  

Excellent client care and communication skills
