Commercial Property Paralegal A Commercial Property Legal Assistant who many be a very experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive is required to support a senior Fee Earner in a Winchester law firm. The Firm The firm has a wealth of legal talent who enjoy very high quality work including many London clients. The Role The Commercial Property Legal Assistant will work full time 9 to 5.30 (1 hour for lunch) supporting a Senior Fee Earner in Commercial Property providing support by undertaking online searches, land registry applications and SDLT returns., liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other organisations. The Candidate An experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with good experience years' in dealing with commercial property matters as a Paralegal, Legal Executive or Legal Assistant. Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Highly competitive salary.
