A top 45 law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll join a fast-growing national property litigation team and deal with a varied caseload of matters.

Property Litigation Solicitor - Leeds  The company & role

Manage own caseload of mixed property litigation work, which, currently, will predominantly be defendant housing disrepair work .  

Caseload may include commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions etc.  

Caseload may also include residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, disrepair etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords Assist other case handlers with their caseloads 

The team has doubled in size over the last 5 years and continues to do so and you will be asked to support and develop more junior members of the team while assisting with business development and profile-raising initiatives including networking events

The ideal candidate 

A motivated Property Litigation Solicitor with 0-2 years’ PQE 

Must have property litigation experience 

Will have excellent communication skills 

Will have very good time management and organisation skills 

Will be able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines and targets
