JOB TITLE: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 10+
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: £50,000 to £70,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to work as part of busy team dealing with the firm’s corporate clients. The appointed Senior Property Litigator will be acting on behalf of large institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the postholder to get their hands on complex and interesting work as part of this firm’s technical and complex litigation team’s offering. This opportunity is ideal for an existing Property Litigator looking to join a reputable firm and independently run multi-track cases and injunctions as part of their busy caseload.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor who will have gained a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Litigation and ideally, Property Litigation. Candidates with strong academics and commercial litigation experience as well as a strong interest in property litigation may also be considered. Applicants must have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and have strong client facing skills. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
