A leading niche health and safety law firm is looking for a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their team. Ideally, you will be from a health and safety background, but a re-train candidate with transferrable knowledge and skills is also advised to apply.
In this role you will assist as required with any client matters, including requests for legal advice relating to compliance with legal duties (ordinarily but not exclusively in the field of health and safety law) and the enforcement of legal duties, including investigation and prosecution of criminal offences. A more experienced candidate would be expected to take a lead role on cases but a re-train or less experienced solicitor would play more of an assisting role.
This is a rare re-train opportunity and the firm place an emphasis on developing their lawyers; they recognize that their employees are their greatest asset and invest in training and development to help them reach their full potential
