Property Litigation Solicitor 4PQE+

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigator to join a reputable law firm in their Dispute Resolution team based in York. This is a brilliant opportunity to be involved in a broad range of property litigation case work and a step away from just land disputes.

The position will cover all aspects of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals, break notices/lease termination, forfeiture, dilapidations claims, claims involving restrictive covenants and, unauthorised occupation of land. You will be acting for clients of large business property portfolios including national estate agents and property developers. This is an excellent role for a specialist Property Litigator who wishes to work with a high profile client base with quality work.

You will need:

• At least 4 years’ PQE within property litigation,
• A specialist commercial property litigation background with good knowledge and experience of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954,
• Excellent time management and accuracy skills,
• Excellent client care skills.
