Plot Sales Solicitor / Associate job in Conveyancing Team - Bristol

Highly renowned as one of the UK's largest growing law firms, our client is a national firm, working with leading brands and individuals. Due to this impressive growth, they are currently looking for a qualified Plot Sales Solicitor or Associate to join their Conveyancing Services Team, located in Bristol . This is a wonderful chance to further develop your career within an outstanding environment.
Your new role
Working with and alongside leading Residential Property lawyers and conveyancers, you will manage site assembly process es. This will include site set up, drafting of legal packs, and interacting with a range of clients, assisting with their needs.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams to work on New Homes and Plot Sales and assist conveyancers in their duties.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be a qualified Plot Sales / Residential lawyer or A ssociate. Experience within a similar role and environment as well as having previously completed site set up work is also essential. Being motivated, team orientated, and strong technical abilities would be desirable for the success of this role.
