About the role
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Legal Services Administrator to join our newly established Inhouse Legal Services team based in London on a permanent basis. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Legal Services Team. You will ensure that invoices are paid, records maintained, documents executed, and cases progressed. You’ll prepare information for the Legal Practice Manager and Senior Property Lawyer. Providing administrative support to ensure that all registers and records held in respect of legal documents and cases are maintained so that they are accurate and up to date is another key area of this role.

We are currently trialling hybrid working, which offers the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.

About you
You’ll not only be a knowledgeable Legal Services Administrator, but you’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Assist in processing legal transactions, including liaising with colleagues, legal firms and customers.
  • Provide administrative support as required (within the boundaries of the role) across the legal services function.
  • Legal registers and case files are up to date.
  • Records of use and costs of external solicitors are collected and analysed.

Essential Qualification:

  • Level 2 (or equivalent) Maths and English.


  • Legal Secretary qualification.
