Job Details
An elite UK law firm client is looking to hire associates across all levels to support the growth of its highly ranked Intellectual Property Litigation group based in London. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful disputes team that has become one of the more high-profile and well-known groups of its kind in London.
The team acts for a high end and exciting client base on high profile and complex litigation and enforcement work, including pioneering cases before the UK and EU Courts. The role will involve advising on a broad range of disputes and related advisory work concerning both soft IP and patents.
The ideal candidate will have between 0-6 years of PQE gained at a highly regarded IP litigation practice, ideally in the UK. Our client will consider NQs who have undertaken an IP litigation seat and wish to qualify in this area. This role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record. Whilst not a requirement, candidates with an Oxford IP Diploma or an interest in doing so are preferred.
