Job Details
In this role you will act for household name clients including developers, retailers, property investors and local authorities on a range of commercial property litigation matters including:
- Landlord & Tenant work
- Building & Development disputes
- Possession actions
- Land acquisition disputes/Purchaser claims
This role involves working on a wide range of disputes with an opportunity to specialise over time if you wish.
In this role you will be given much client contact from day one. You will be the type of character who enjoys building on these relationships in order to grow your own professional network for the future. In return will be a clear path to progress your career.
To apply you will be an ambitious qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years post qualification experience.
