The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-5 years PQE to join their growing team based in Brighton.

The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. You will be working in the wider team of 5+ fee-earners across multiple offices coupled with working directly with partners of this practice.

The senior fee-earners at this firm are some of the technically strongest in the south-east which gives any new addition a fantastic platform to learn and develop further.

You will deal with a high-quality caseload which will include:

• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Development work
• Real Estate Finance
• Landlord & Tenant matters

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-5 years PQE
• You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression
