Are you an experienced Employment solicitor looking to play a pivotal role within a well-respected regional law firm?

My client is a Legal 500 recommended full service law firm with an excellent reputation for the quality of its legal advice.  With an innovative and collaborative approach, the firm has an enviable client base and is stable and profitable.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment solicitor to share in the success of the Employment team. The department advises mainly on respondent based matters which are often complex and is extremely busy.

You will be an Employment specialist with at least 5 years post qualification experience. You may already be a Partner but be looking for a better platform to enhance your career. A strong communicator you will enjoy a client facing role which is “hands on” and be able to get involved in mentoring junior fee earners.

The firm is open to recruiting at either senior associate or Partner level and will offer a competitive salary package and prospects. The role could also suit someone looking for a flexible working pattern.
