This corporate lawyer role will see you join a nicely sized team that completes on a very interesting mix of deals. The department can count on a truly broad range of clients to provide interesting and stimulating work for its corporate team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate solicitor with 5+ years' pqe. It is important that you have a collegiate and team based approach. You will be well versed in handling a range of corporate transactional work but with a particular emphasis on M&A.
