As a residential property solicitor, you will

• Complete sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties, among others
• Create a healthy client base from referrals and recommendations built upon excellent service and care
• Generate new opportunities using your developing marketing skills
• Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole

You will be a residential property solicitor of 5+ PQE with

• A solid track record of billing and high standards of client care
• A methodical and adaptable approach to work
• Personable and professional characteristics
