Job Details
This role is for our client who is a growing multi-office law firm who specialise in property law and who work with home buyers, sellers, commercial clients and property developers and who pride themselves on their dedication to every client and transaction.
The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of handling their own caseload of transactions as well as drafting documentation, advising and updating clients regularly, receiving and dealing with enquiries and new work, liaising with other firms, exchanging contracts and compiling completion statements amongst other roles and responsibilities.
The firm are well respected in the area and due to their ongoing success, they are expanding their exciting conveyancing department. You will have previous conveyancing experience, strong knowledge of property transactions, enjoy plenty of client contact and actively progress matters as appropriate.
