Corporate & Legal Tech PSL (3 days)

A Fantastic Corporate PSL with a Focus on Legal Tech and Innovation - 3 days per week

I am working with a prestigious law firm in order to bring on a Corporate PSL to focus on legal tech and innovation.

This is a newly created role that you will be able to mould to suit you!

Our client, a top tier firm, are looking for a corporate lawyer to join them to support to the UK Corporate Practice Group in the London office in all areas of corporate law. The role combines more traditional PSL responsibilities with a focus on legal technology and innovation.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER JOB-RELATED COMPETENCIES:
* Broad experience of corporate work with knowledge of corporate transactions and public company work essential. Experience of capital markets and private equity work preferred but not required.
* Excellent knowledge of UK corporate and company law and market practice.
* Ability to deal with document automation and precedent management.
* Ability to research and evaluate new developments in corporate law and to communicate the consequences of those developments to the UK Corporate Practice Group.
* Ability to work proactively to support the lawyers in the firm and to promote best practice within the group.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and drafting skills.
* Ability to create strong working relationships at all levels within the firm.
