A Salisbury law firm has an opportunity within their Education department for a Education Solicitor.
 
The Firm
The Firm's Education department act for academies, independent schools, grammar schools, preparatory schools, and nurseries in relation to staffing, governance, charity law, intellectual property and data protection.
 
The Role
A rare opportunity for a specialist Education Solicitor to join a law firm in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This Education Solicitor role will enable the successful education Solicitor to work on a wide range of Education matters such as; advising education clients, working on contentious Educational matters including tribunal work, policy drafting, academy conversions, safe guarding, admissions and exclusions as well as data protection.
 
The Candidate
The successful Solicitor will have an interest in Education law and may have a background in Education law, Charity Law and/or Commercial law.
Experience of GDPR, data protection, safe guarding, advising on complaints and exclusions would be beneficial.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
