This Manchester law firm has a busy and highly rated real estate department.
Your new role
This commercial property solicitor role will see you handle a good mix of real estate work. This will include landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, investment deals and development work as well as corporate support matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a real estate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' pqe. You will have good academics and a client focused approach.
