Job Details
Not surprisingly, my client has been well established in Bristol for many years and because of its success, is now looking to expand its busy, but close-knit commercial business services department.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need at least 2-3 years PQE within commercial property law. The emphasis of your role would be dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters for both commercial and corporate clients.
You will be expected to be able to handle routine matters with minimal supervision – although support will be at hand where required.
