THE ROLE
The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor/ legal executive (2-4 PQE) to join their thriving team. This exciting role will involve managing a caseload of all aspects of real estate finance matters, including due diligence, drafting, and handling matters to completion, and behalf of a range of multi lender clients, borrowers, public bodies, and REIT’s.

THE CANDIDATE
Previous experience of commercial property transactions - some experience of real estate finance transactions secured over commercial and residential real estate would be ideal;

Good technical knowledge of property law;
Strong commercial acumen;
A practical and proactive approach to solving problems;
An ability to prioritise your workload effectively;
Excellent communication and client care.
