Roles & Responsibilities
As the Employment Law Solicitor with a broad spectrum of legal employment experience, you will be responsible for our commercial client’s employment matters dealing with advisory, contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be able to proceed with pursuing and defending claims and deal with executing executive dismissals on behalf of our clients.
You will lead by example and be responsible for delivery of the legal client services with the aim of growing the department and the number of legal professionals and teams that will continue to work under your supervision. The legal services include advisory and matter completion for private and public organisations; a hands on approach is essential.
This is a senior position and you will be working with the directors of the business to develop and progress the business plan. A host of skills including managerial, operational, strategy, IT and people skills are required to be considered for this position.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of 5 years PQE experience as an Employment Law solicitor with experience in covering a broad range of matters including discrimination and redundancy. Experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
