Roles & Responsibilities

As a healthcare solicitor, you will be working in the legal team capitalising on your wealth of healthcare and commercial experience dealing with client services on an advisory and litigation basis. The role involves client management and undertaking healthcare work including patient complaints, SUI and Ombudsman investigations and a variety of other health legislation and defendant clinical negligence matters. Experience of working with NHS Resolution, public and private organisations is essential.

Job Specifics

This is a hands on position dealing with a client portfolio as a solicitor account manager. You will be a proactive and a determined individual with the ability to not only deal with the legal matters but be a people person championing the service offering and supporting the business development team by being the best in legal client services. Your work will bring about positive word of mouth recommendations and allow the opportunity for the company to cross sell products and services as a one stop solution to our client’s needs. A host of skills including operational, strategy, problem solving, IT and people skills are required to be considered for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 3 years PQE experience as a solicitor in healthcare work (advisory and litigation) is required to apply for this position.
