CIVIL & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION 3+ PQE – OXFORDSHIRE - £40,000 TO £50,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:6735

You will join a family friendly practice that has a loyal, local client base and good quality work. You will be encouraged with your own ideas and offered long-term career development opportunities. This exciting role will be varied offering you the chance to handle a wide variety of disputes for individuals and commercial organisations. The work will cover but will not be limited to consumer and commercial contract disputes, company/director/shareholder disputes, some contentious probate (validity of Wills, claims by dependents), professional negligence (e.g., against surveyors, solicitors, accountants), residential and commercial landlord and tenant claims, boundary determinations, and trespass and infringements of rights of way (easements). The successful Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in the field of civil & commercial Litigation and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed civil & commercial Litigation caseload, with minimum supervision. It would be advantageous if you had some experience in ADR but this is not essential.
