A new opportunity has come up with a leading firm in Bolton to join its Employer’s Liability Litigation team.

The firm is seeking an individual with around 1+ PQE/CILEX or alternatively qualified by experience in an existing EL litigation environment. You will be managing a caseload of predominantly pre- and post-issue fast track employer's liability cases. As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of handling a litigated caseload, although predominantly a non-portal caseload. You must have experience of the portal alongside a good level of knowledge about civil procedure, precedent and trends in litigation, and the ability and willingness to get the best result for the client. 

The role offers an excellent commission structure with no hurdles or caps and paid monthly in arrears.
